Eric seeks to provide leadership and analytical expertise in positioning companies for perpetual competitive advantage.  “A company’s continual alignment of products, processes and organization is highly influenced by the customer-driven dynamics and business environment”.    He has extensive experience in translating the impact of enterprise-wide business process and technology changes on business performance.  Eric’s expertise is in establishing the Value of business initiatives, and alignment to business objectives and strategies – for current and future competitiveness.  He utilizes a unique combination of analytical and communication skills to facilitate the discovery, analysis, presentation, and change management with all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to senior executives.  “I enjoy translating bits and bytes and widgets – into ROA, ROI…and a  bunch of other acronyms!”

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University Of Cincinnati.  He is a long-distance runner including marathons, and enjoys technical and pleasure writing, having published his first novel.
